Two held for rape attempt

Police have arrested Sunil Kumar Thakur, 18, and Ram Shankar Thakur, 20, of Laxmipur Belbichhawa VDC-1 on December 11 on the charge of trying to rape a 16-year-old girl on December 6. DSP Rajendra Pokharel of the District Police Office said that the duo was arrested based on the complaint filed by the victim. The accused are held in the District Police Office for investigation.
