One youth arrested on the charges of raping minor in Parbat

Police arrested a 22-year-old youth on the charges of raping a minor in Kushma municipality-10 on Friday evening. The youth identified as Subash BK reportedly raped a 13-year-old minor under the influence of alcohol. Police arrested BK while he was on the run after the incident. He is being held in the custody of Parbat District Police Office for further investigation.
