At a time when the number of incidents of gender-based violence are reportedly rising, yet another incident of rape on a minor has been reported in Rautahat. A 3-year-old girl from Chandranigahpur has been reportedly raped by a youngster. The youngster identified as Roshan Rai of Chandranigahpur has been arrested by the police. Inspector Manoj Kumar Yadav of Area Police Office Chandranigahapur informed that police are further investigating the incident.
