An associate of Kumar Ghaite who was killed during an encounter with police has been arrested by the police in possession of a revolver, bullet, and bulletproof jacket from Nuwakot on Saturday. The arrested identified as 26-year-old Sanu alias Yuvraj Gurung had been engaging in different criminal activities including extortion in Nuwakot, said the police. He was on the wanted list of the police. Police arrested him on Saturday on the basis of a tip-off that he had been constantly threatening local entrepreneurs.
