The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) caught red handed Survey Department's surveyor Jivachlal Yadav with bribe in Nepalgunj, Banke on Sunday. A team of regional contact office of the anti-graft body arrested Yadav along with the bribe money Rs 100,000 at around 4:30 this afternoon. CIAA had arrested surveyor Devendra Prasad Kumhar from same office during a raid conducted in April last year. Since then, the CIAA had been keeping a close eye on activities of the office. अख्तियार दुरुपायोग अनुसन्धान आयोग क्षेत्रीय सम्पर्क कार्यालय नेपालगन्जले घुस लिँदा लिँदै १ नम्बर नापी कार्यालयका सर्वेक्षक जीवछलाल यादवलाई पक्राउ गरेको छ । आज दिउँसो साढे ४ बजेतिर बाँके जिल्ला अदातल र निर्माणाधीन मालपोत कार्यालय नजिकै घुसवापत लिएको १ लाख रुपैयाँसहित यादवलाई पक्राउ गरेको अख्तियारले जनाएको छ । अख्तियारले यसअघि १ नम्बर नापी कार्यालयका सर्वेक्षक देबेन्द्रप्रसाद कुम्हारलाई बैशाख ६ गते उनकै कार्यकक्षमा छापामारी पक्राउ गरेको थियो । सेवाग्राहीबाट लिएको ११ हजार रुपैयाँसहित सर्भेक्षक कुम्हारलाई पक्राउ परे पनि घुस खाने क्रम नरोकिएकाले अख्तियारले नापीमा निगरानी बढाएको थियो । सोही क्रममा आज यादव पक्राउ परेका हुन् ।
