United Democratic Madhesi Front cadres on Sunday burned the copy of constitution amendment bill passed by the Legislature-Parliament on Saturday. Stating that the government passed the amendment bill unilaterally, the UDMF burned copies of amendment bill in front of District Administration Office, Rautahat. UDMF has been staging protests in the Tarai districts for the past five months putting forth an 11-point charter of demands. UDMF cadres also shouted slogans against the government and major political parties.
