Man held on rape charge

Police arrested Roshan Kumar Chepang,25,of Hetauda-9 on rape charge on Tuesday. Chepang allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl from Bhaise on Friday. According to the victim, Roshan took her to Hetauda based hotel and committed the crime. Her family lodged the complaint.
