A youth who returned from Qatar has been arrested on charge of cyber crime for sending explicit materials to his female Facebook friend in Nepal from Kathmandu. Metropolitan Police Crime Division said 30-year-old Shiva Paudel of Tupche, Nuwakot district was nabbed from the New Bus Park area soon after he returned from Qatar. Paudel allegedly sent obscene photographs and messages to the woman on the popular social networking site while he was in Qatar for employment. After preliminary investigation, according to the MPCD, the suspect has been handed over to the Metropolitan Police Range for further action on Monday.
