Cadres of Biplav led maoist party has smeared black on the face of Bedananda Upadhyaya, the chairman of water induced disaster prevention division office in Lamahi today. Accusing Upadhyaya of corruption the party alligned All Nepal Farmers Association (Revolutionary) assaulted and smeared him black. Chief of Area Police Office Lamahi, Prem Bahadur Khadka informed that by the time the police reached the division the 4/5 men who smeared Upadhyaya black had already fled. A press statement released by All Nepal Farmers Association (Revolutionary), accused Upadhyaya of illegally handing over tenders related to the project to contractors by taking hundreds of thousands of rupees bribe. जलउत्पन्न प्रकोप नियन्त्रण १८ नम्वर डिभिजन कार्यालय लमहीका प्रमुख वेदानन्द उपाध्यायलाई आज दिउासो नेत्रविक्रम चन्द नेतृत्वको नेकपा माओवादी निकट अखिल नेपाल किसान संघ क्रान्तिकारीले भ्रष्टाचार गरेको आरोपमा कालोमोसो दलेको छ । ४/५ जनाको समुहमा आएका माओवादी कार्यकर्ताले उपाध्यायलाई कार्यकक्षभित्रै भ्रष्टाचारी भन्दै मोसो दलेको वडा प्रहरी कार्यालय लमहीका प्रमुख प्रेम बहादुर खड्काले बताए । प्रहरी तत्कालै कार्यालय पुग्दा मोसो दलेर भागिसकेको उनले बताए । किसान संघ क्रान्तिकारीले एक प्रेस बिज्ञप्ती जारी गरी उपाध्यायलाई भ्रष्टाचार गरेको आरोपमा कालोमासे दलेको जानकारी दिएको छ । नीतिगतरुपमा उपभोक्ता समितिमार्फत गरिनुपर्ने कामलाई लाखौं रुपैयाा कमिसन लिएर ठेकेदारमार्फत गराएको संघको आरोप छ । कमिसनको खेलमा गुणस्तरीय काम नहुादा उपभोक्ताहरु ठगिएको बिज्ञप्तीमा उल्लेख छ ।
