A case has been filed against 20-year-old Pulkit Ishar Rajdhob alias Dipen of Kataiya VDC-8 on March 11, under Rape Act in accusation of attempted rape on a 13-year-old girl. DSP Dan Bahadur Karki informed that police filed attempted rape case against the accused. The 13-year-old victim was rescued in time after her friend, 12-year-old Sima Kumari Mahato, saw Pulkit forcefully taking the victim to his room and informed the victim's family members. The perpetrator however has not been arrested.
