Dinesh Pariyar alias Sanjeev, 18, of Beltar VDC-7 of Udaypur and currently living at Pragatitole of Pokhara Sub-metropolis-10 has been arrested by District Police Office, Kaski on March 13 on the charges of raping a 13-year-old girl on March 11. Police arrested the accused based on the complaint filed at the Police Office by the relatives of the victim on March 12. The health check-up of the victim was conducted at Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara on March 13. Similarly, police have arrested a 38-year-old father on March 13 on the charges of raping his 13-year-old daughter. Police arrested and began an investigation based on the complaint filed by the mother of the girl on March 11.
