Inebriated man held for thrashing woman

Police on Thursday night arrested a man on the charge of thrashing a woman under the influence of alcohol.
According to the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar, a patrol team of the Nimuwa Area Police Office had nabbed 25-year-old Bijaya Sardar of Hatimuda-3 for thrashing 53-year-old Rajdebi Sardar. Seriously injured Rajbebi was rushed to the Biratnagar-based Golden Hospital for treatment.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
