20-year-old Ritadevi Mandal, a resident of Lahan municipality-2, has filed a complaint against her husband, 22-year old Ravi Mandal in accusation of domestic violence on March 20. The victim filed a complaint stating that her husband hit her with a bamboo stick causing injury in her head during a domestic dispute. She received treatment at a local hospital. Inspector Pachu Chaudhary informed that police has initiated an investigation into the incident by arresting the accused on March 20.
