Woman critically injured by husband

Shyam Kala Rai, 30, of Bhojpur Municipality-4 has been critically injured after her husband Shree Kumar Rai, 38, attacked her with khukuri on April 1. According to DSP Raj Kumar Lamsal of the District Police Office Bhojpur, Shree Kumar attacked his wife over a minor domestic dispute. The victim has sustained severe injuries to her head, hand, body and knee, police said. DSP Lamsal further said that Shree Kumar was arrested immediately after the incident with two Khukuri.
