37-year-old Raju Sikari, a resident of Bidurtaar-3, has been arrested on April 14 in accusation of raping a 23-year-old woman with a physical disability. The victim party had filed a complaint on March 27 stating that she was raped on the same day. DSP Rishiram Kandel of District Police Office informed that Sikari who was on-the-run after the incident has been arrested based on the complaint.
