Man arrested for killing his wife in Bardiya

Police informed that 55-year-old Befani Tharu, a resident of Babai municipality-8, Tarkiya was killed by her husband, 63-year-old Chuluwa Tharu, on April 14.
According to DSP Netramani Giri, Befani Tharu died on spot after being hit in the head with a stick( laathi) during a dispute. Accused with murder Chuluwa Tharu was arrested on the same day. Police informed that the dead body has been sent to District Hospital Gulariya for postmortem.
