Locals have closed down Puspalal highway from Wednesday morning after Bhim Bahadur Thapa, Resource Person at District Education Office, Ramechhap, was killed on being hit by a bus on Tuesday evening in Mathali. Family of the deceased stopped all vehicular movement demanding proper compensation. Local Administration has been trying to clear the the obstruction in the highway. Relatives of the deceased have visited District Administration Office for mediation meeting. However, talks have not begun since representative of Transport Entrepreneurs Committee has failed to show up.
