On April 20, The Police arrested 39-year-old Ishwor Nepali of Tityang VDC-6 on the charges of raping a 15-year-old girl. The victim’s mother filed a complaint at the District Police Office on April 19, accusing Nepali of raping the girl on April 15. According to DSP, Anil Kumar Khadka, they arrested the perpetrator from the Baglung metropolis market on the basis of the complaint filed and have also started their investigation. The victim underwent a medical examination at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital on April 19.
