One person arrested on the charges of raping a 14-year-old girl in Pyuthan

Police arrested a man on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl from Bijuli VDC-3 of the district.
According to police, 21-year-old Basanta Khadka took the 14-year-old girl to a Pakala-9-based jungle and raped her.
The girl was heading to her maternal uncle's house before she was assaulted.
Police are investigating the case after carrying out the victim's health check-up.
