Police on Friday arrested a trader for his alleged involvement in black marketing of cooking gas from Balkot of Bhaktapur. A team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi nabbed Ram Chandra Shrestha, a resident of Balkot in Ananta Lingeshwor Municipality-5, for charging customers a price higher than the market rate. Police also confiscated nine Himal gas cylinders from his possession. Meanwhile, he was remanded to custody for further investigation.
