[Updated] It has come to light that a thirteen-year-old girl was repeatedly raped for months by her own father, maternal uncle and a local youth at Beltar-Basaha municipality of Udaypur. Police arrested the alleged father and cousin on Friday whereas her maternal uncle is currently working in a foreign country. They were arrested based on an FIR lodged by the victim’s mother, said Inspector at the Area Police Office Beltar, Bhim Prasad Silwal. He said that the sixth-grader was being raped for the past six months. According to the complaint by the victim’s mother, the girl was being raped repeatedly since the third week of November last year. As per the FIR, the girl’s father and uncle had raped her for the first time under the influence. “Then a local youth raped her threatening to disclose everything after he came to know that she was being repeatedly raped,” said inspector Silwal. However, the mother came to know about it a few days ago and lodged a written complaint against the three accused. “We have kept the identity of the accused considering the sensitivity of the matter. Once the probe concludes, we will disclose everything,” he said, adding that the office has been preparing to file a rape case against the trio. Update..... The District Court of Udayapur has ordered to sentence three accused, who were in a custody , for 22 years along with Rs 70,000 penalty on October 26 after finding them guilt on raping 13 years old girl. A single bench of district court judge Raj Kumar Koirala has given a separate verdict for three of the accused. The main accused 40 years old father was sentenced for 22 years with Rs 50,000 penalty, 21 years old maternal uncle was sentenced for 11 years with 10,000 penalty and 18 years old Rajkumar Rai was sentenced for eight years with Rs 10,000 penalty. Due to the poor financial state of all three accused, the Women and Children Office was asked for the compensation. The victim was repeatedly raped by the accused while her mother was in foreign employment according to police inspector Bhim Prasad Silwal of Area Police Office. The complaints against them were lodged at Area Police Office of Beltar by the victim’s mother on April 29. They were all arrested by the police after the complaint was lodged. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on April 29. १३ वर्षीय बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पूर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा रहेका तीन जनालाई जिल्ला अदालतले कात्तिक ९ गते दोषी ठहर गर्दै २२ वर्षसम्मको कैद र क्षतिपूर्तिवापत ७० हजार रुपियाँ जरिबानाको फैसला सुनाएको छ । न्यायाधीश राजकुमार कोइरालाको इजालासले तीन जनाविरुद्ध फरक फरक कैद र क्षतिपूर्तिको फैसला सुनाएको हो । अदालतले घटनाका मुख्य दोषी पीडित बालिकाका ४० वर्षीय बावुलाई २२ वर्षकैद र ५० हजार रुपियाँ जरिबाना, २१ वर्षीय मामालाई ११ वर्षकैद र १० हजार रुपियाँ जरिबाना र १८ वर्षीय राजकुमार राईलाई ८ वर्षकैद र १० हजार रुपियाँ क्षतिपूर्ति भराउन आदेश दिएको हो । पीडित बालिकाको बुवाको हकमा अदालतले मुलुकी ऐन जबरजस्ति करणीको महल ३.२ बमोजिम १२ वर्षकैद र हाडनाता करणी महल बमोजिम थप १० वर्षगरी २२ वर्षर क्षतिपूर्तिवापत ५० हजार रुपियाँ जरिबानाको फैसला सुनाइएको हो । त्यसैगरी मामाको हकमा सोही महल बमोजिम ८ वर्षकैद र हाडनाता करणी अन्तर्गत थप ३ वर्षगरी ११ वर्षकैद र १० हजार रुपियाँ जरिबानाको फैसला सुनाइएको अदालतका स्रेस्तेदार ऋतबहादुर पुलामी मगरले जानकारी दिए । फैसला सुनाइएका तीनै जनाको आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर भएकाले क्षतिपूर्तिको हकमा भने महिला तथा बालबालिका कार्यालयबाट भराउन आदेश दिइएको मगरले बताए । दोषी ठहरियकाहरूले ०७२ माघ २९ गतेदेखि पीडित बालिकाको आमा विदेश गएको समयमा नियमित रूपमा बलात्कार गर्दै आएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बेल्टारका इन्स्पेक्टर भिमप्रसाद सिलवालले बताए । पीडितको वयानका आधारमा उनीहरुविरुद्ध आमाले ०७३ वैशाख १७ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बेल्टारमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । निवेदन लगत्तै पीडित बालिकाका बावु र राजकुमारलाई घरबाटै सोही दिन र मामालाई जेठ २८ गते गिरफ्तार गरिएको इन्स्पेक्टर सिलवालले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण वैशाख १७ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको थियो ।
