Locals of Sinurjoda VDC protested against Sinurjoda VDC being integrated in Kshireswornath Municipality by Local restructuring committee. The agitated locals had obstructed Janakpur Dhalkebar Road section for an hour. They did the road blockade from 1 to 2 pm also chanting the slogans against local level restructuring demanding to retain the Village Council status of Sinurjoda. They have declared for strong demonstration if government bring no changes in the report of restructuring. They have been demanding to keep Sinurjoda VDC within Janakpur Sub Metropolitan City, and said that they would be continuing with the demonstration until their demand is met.
