Seti school in Dipayal of Kailali district has been tensed following the dispute between teachers and students over a budget distribution for school educational tour. Regular classes have been halted due to the dispute. Student of the sub-engineering third year has been demanding a budget for their educational tour since a week. They have demanded 3000 for each student which will cost 1 lakh 20,000 for 40 students. Though the administration have agreed to release the amount that they have demanded during the meeting between two parties, student union affiliated to UML has been protesting.
