Vehicular movement halted by locals at Tanahu section of Prithvi Highway has resumed after police forcefully drove the agitators away. Locals had blocked the highway on June 14 demanding legal action against the murderer of Santosh Darai of Bhadgau-9 on June 8.The locals had been vocal about police's lack of action against the perpetrator. Later,they picketed District Administration office as well. तनहुँमा स्थानीयले बन्द गराएको पृथ्वी राजमार्ग सुचारु भएको छ। गत जेठ २४ गते धारिलो हतियार प्रहार गरी व्यास नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर–१ भादगाउँका सन्तोष दरैको हत्या प्रयास भएको विरोधमा स्थानीयले बुधबार राजमार्ग बन्द गराएका थिए । हत्या प्रयास गर्नेलाई पक्राउ नगरेको भन्दै स्थानीयले विरोध गर्दै आएका थिए । प्रहरीले बल प्रयोग गरी राजमार्ग खुलाएपछि स्थानीयले जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय तनहुँमा नाराबाजी गरेका छन् ।
