Locals of Bharatpur Metropolis-22 are in agitation after a 14 years old boy Nikesh Mahato of the same metropolis was beaten by the taem of Nepal army giving security to the National Park on charge of bathing in Rapti river. Army misbehaved the victim on March 31. In protest of the incident, locals have padlocked the office of Consumers Committee in Patihani.
