Residents of ward 5 of Thori rural municipality in Parsa district padlocked the office of Thori rural municipality on Thursday against the decision made by the meeting of the Cabinet of the Ministers to shift the center of the rural municipality.
Locals residents also staged demonstration and chanted slogans against the rural municipality chief PL Shrestha as soon as the decision to shift the rural municipality's center went public.
