Justice of District Court Dailekh has padlocked the District Court against the transfer of an employee of the District Court. The judge padlocked the court citing that Ramesh Shrestha, an employee of the court who had been transferred by the Judicial Service Commission's decision to Special Court would engage in corruption there.
