Tea Farm laborers have staged a protest symbolically in Birtamod, Jhapa, on Wednesday by banging plates. They protested as the tea entrepreneurs have not paid them the minimum wage that the Nepal government had fixed for tea plantation and factory workers.
The laborers are demanding that they get a sum total of at least Rs. 385 daily.
