Students of Chitawan Medical College(CMC) padlocked the teaching unit of the college on Sunday alleging the college of not honoring the covenant to return the additional fee charged to the students. The padlocking would continue until the demands were met, the statement released by the Medical Education Struggle Committee quoting Prakash Chand stated.
