The students of Universal College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Bhairahawa padlocked the office of the campus head and the deputy campus head, human resource office, and the administration office after the campus failed to reimburse the students with the surplus fee charged to them.
Earlier, the students had launched the programs of protest since 30th October, asking the government to fulfill their six-point demand. The government had asked the medical colleges to refund the excess money charged to them, but the medical colleges failed to abide by the government's order.
