Poor, marginalized and daily wage worker of Sukhipur Municipality of Siraha District hurled stones at the office of the rural municipality on April 19. Locals said that they turned violent after the local representatives misbehaved with the locals who had gone to the municipality demanding the relief packages. They also claimed nepotism during the assessment of needy people for the relief package in the region.
