कैलाली । गरिब तथा मजदुर वर्गलाई गुणस्तरहीन चामल वितरण गरेको भन्दै नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (नेकपा) २ नं वडा कमिटीले धनगढी उपमहानगरपालिका–२ को कार्यालयमा मङ्गलबार तालाबन्दी गरेको छ । सरकारले तोकेको मापदण्ड र मानवता नै बिर्सिएर गुणस्तरहीन राहत वितरण भएको भन्दै वडा कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरिएको पार्टीका वडा कमिटी संयोजक विष्णु पुरीद्वारा जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेख गरिएको छ
