Four ward members and disgruntled locals padlocked the ward office of Ainselukhark Rural Municipality-2 on Wednesday, saying that ward chairman Santbir Tamang has been arbitrary during the construction of the ward office building.

They padlocked saying that a consumer committee has been formed for the construction of the ward office building without the knowledge of the four ward members, no engineering estimate has been prepared for the construction of the building, no land has been selected so far. 

It is mentioned in the memorandum that the lock will not be opened until the weaknesses in the construction of the building are rectified.
