A group of people has beaten Morang based human rights activist Sanju Sah over a dispute about the construction of the road. A group of eight people who came to Sah's house in Biratnagar-11 on Thursday afternoon carrying different weapons beat her and threatened to kill her. Sah is a member of the road expansion consumer committee.
Sah is undergoing treatment at Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar. Police are searching for the persons involved in the beating.
