A total of 105 entrepreneurs of the civil mall, Sundhara have handed over the keys to the mall operator demanding a 100 percent rent exemption for the full lockdown period as the issue is not resolved during the discussion between the entrepreneurs and the Mall operators.
The operator had refused to reduce the rent considering three months as zero periods but the government announced the closure of shopping malls, there was no business at all thus a businessman who pays around Rs 8 lakh does not have a business of Rs 25,000 lately.
