On August 14, Friday, Mayor Renu Dahal, Chief District Officer Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, District Police Chief Nantiraj Gurung, Chamber of Commerce Chitwan, Stakeholders of Industry, Commerce, Transport and other stakeholders held a discussion and decided to issue a prohibitory order for at least a week in Bharatpur which will be imposed from August 15, Saturday. With the issue of the prohibitory order to tackle spreading Covid-19, public transport in the metropolitan area will be completely halted and the operation of industries and factories will be tightened. Chief District Officer Narayan Prasad Bhattarai informed that strict action would be taken against those found violating the injunction.
