A joint monitoring team of Commerce Supplies and Consumer Protection Office, District Administration Office and District Police Office Parsa has fined 3 shops for opening shops during the prohibitory order and selling daily necessities goods at hiked prices on the basis of consumer's complaints.
Chandra Kishor Traders and Shivadevi Traders were fined with Rs. 20,000 each and Jagdamba Fruit Center with Rs. 10,000 for failing to provide the price list and purchase bill during the market inspection on August 26.
The market has been monitored for the first time in Parsa after completion of 1 month of the prohibitory order issued on July 25.
