Bal Bahadur Khadka of Inaruwa-8, Sunsari attacked his neighbour 65-year-old Chandra Bahadur Koirala with a sharp weapon for flirting with his wife. Koirala and his wife Bhagwati are also injured in the attack.
Although the incident took place on Saturday evening, it was not made public. According to police, Khadka confessed that he attacked Koirala with a Khukuri because he became fed up by his behaviour. According to the police, the condition of the injured is critical. The injured couple is undergoing treatment at Birat Nursing Home.
