Relatives of a 3-year-old child, Sameer Nepali of Dharapani in Birendranagar-1 who died in a motorcycle crash are protesting on the streets of the state capital since November 18 demanding identification of the culprit and compensation to the victim's family. The child was hit by an unmarked motorcycle near the gate of the District Police Office, Surkhet and died on November 17.
The agitation was started to put pressure on the police as they could not identify the driver of the motorcycle. They are not willing to stop the agitation until the police arrest the driver and make him public and they also announced to intensify the agitation from November 18.
