Police have arrested two men on the charge of murder of 30-year-old Sushil Raya who was found dead in the decapitated condition in Malangwa Municipality-10 Sarlahi on March 25. Raya's head and body were found dumped 60 meters apart. The arrested have been identified as 45-year-old Kamal Pandit aka Bimalkanta Pathak and 40-year-old Ashok Jha, according to SP Santosh Singh Rathore of District Police Office Sarlahi. Police investigations revealed that the arrested men killed Raya following a dispute while all three were using drugs together. All three were drug abusers according to police. Pandit and Raya had also unsettled financial dealings.
