A group of locals vandalized Kailali's Red Star FM and assaulted two people including managing director Basanta Jaishi. According to Bhupendra BK, a member of the Federation of Nepali Journalists Kailali, a group of nine people including Tekraj Kathayat of Lamki Chuha Municipality were involved in the attack. Managing Director Jaishi has sustained injuries in the ear and hand.
