At least eight Biplav Chand led CPN (Maoist) cadres were injured in a clash local entrepreneurs at Jitpur of Badganga Municipality in Kapilvastu District today. District Secretary Sangam Pun, district member Ganesh Chaudhary, were also among injured when local entrepreneurs retaliated a team led by the former while forcing shut down in Jitpur market. The injured are being treated at the local hospitals, according to the District Police Office. Badganga VDC was declared a strike prohibited zone from the initiatives of local entrepreneurs and different organizations. Local entrepreneurs said that the clash took place in course of retaliation after banda enforcers forced to shut down markets.
