The cadres of UDMF has blocked the East-West Highway to hold sit-in on September 26. The sit-in was organized at Nawalpur from 1 pm to 7 pm to protest the newly promulgated constitution. Police teams in the command of DSPs of Nepal Police and Armed Police Force were mobilized for the situation. The UDMF is holding protest in Malangawa for the last 42 days. Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum's district chairperson Ashok Yadav said that they changed the venue of the protest to exert pressure.
