Complaint lodged against husband for torture and polygamy

A displaced 27-years-old woman Akash Kumari Chaudhary of Saptakoshi Municipality-7 has lodged a complaint against her husband Bal Krishna Chaudhary, 30 and his second wife Prit Kumari Chaudhari at District Police Office on August 3 for polygamy.
The victim also complained that she was displaced in her paternal home after she was tortured physically and mentally by an accused over a dowry dispute. The victim is living in her paternal home since May.
