Kamal Nepali,22 of Phakphok VDC-4 has been arrested by the police on September 8 on charge of raping an eight years old girl. The victim’s mother had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on September 6 accusing him of raping a girl on August 29. The accused has been arrested by the police for further investigation based on the complaint lodged by the victim’s mother according to the inspector Rudra Chudal of District Police Office. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Ilam according to Chudal. आठ वर्षीया एक बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा फाकफोक गाविस-४ का २२ वर्षीय कमल नेपालीलाई प्रहरीले भदौ २३ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले भदौ १३ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाकी आमाले भदौ २१ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । पीडितका अभिभावकले दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका इन्स्पेक्टर रुद्र चुडालले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ २१ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल इलाममा गरिएको चुडालले बताए ।
