Police have arrested 20 years old Shiva Kumar Mallaha of Amuwa VDC-5 from his house on November 13 on charge of committing a gang rape on 19 years old woman. The victim was gang raped by Shiva Kumar along with three others on November 12. A complaint against the accused was lodged by the victim’s family on November 13 at Area Police Office of Butwal. Police have arrested the accused based on a complaint lodged according to DSP Mukunda Marasini of DPO. Other accused are at large and their search are undergoing according to the police. The victim underwent a health checkup at Lumbini zonal hospital Butwan on November 13 according to police. १९ वर्षीय महिलालाई सामूहिक बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा अमुवा गाविस-५ का २० वर्षीय शिवकुमार मल्लाहलाई प्रहरीले २८ गते घरैबाट गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित महिलालाई आरोपित शिवकुमार सहित अन्य तीनजना समेतले कात्तिक २७ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यलय बुटवलमा कात्तिक २८ गते उजुरी दिएको थियो । उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बुटवलका डिएसपी मुकुन्द मरासिनीले जानकारी दिए । अन्य आरोपितको खोजी भइरहेकोसमेत उनले बताए । पीडित महिलाको स्वास्थ परीक्षण लुम्बिनी अञ्चल अस्पताल बुटवलमा कात्तिक २८ गते गरिएको पनि डिएसपी मरासिनीले जानकारी दिए ।
