A man from Ekdarabela has been arrested by District Police for raping and sexually abusing his daughter-in-law while his son was in Punjab for foreign employment. The 48-year-old man was harassing his 21-years-old daughter-in-law while his son is in Punjab for foreign employment. He was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by his daughter-in-law. The victim accused the man of repeatedly abusing her sexually since the past one month. She also accused him of raping her on December 19. The victim's husband has been residing in Punjab since the past six years. छोरो रोजगारीको लागि पञ्जाब गएको समयमा आफ्नै बुहारीलाई यौन शोषण गर्दै आएका ससुरालाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय महोत्तरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । एकडारा बेलाका ४८ बर्षीय ससुराले २१ बर्षीय बुहारीलाई एक महिनादेखि यौन शोषण गर्दै आएको आरोपमा उनलाई पक्राउ गरिएको एसपी नलप्रसाद उपाध्यायले जानकारी दिए । ‘पीडिता बुहारीले दिएको उजुरीको आधारमा उनका ससुरा पक्राउ परेका हुन्,’ एसपी उपाध्यायले भने, ‘आफ्ना ससुराले एक महिनादेखि यौन शोषण गरेको र पुस ४ गते राति १० बजेको समयमा जबर्जस्ती करणी गरेको ती महिलाले हामी कहाँ उजुरी दर्ता गराइन् ।’ पीडित महिलाका श्रीमान् ६ बर्षदेखि रोगारीको क्रममा भारतको पञ्जाबमा छन् । पक्राउ परेका पीडकलाई जिल्ला अदालतबाट ५ दिनको म्याद थपी अनुसन्धान जारी रहेको प्रहरीले बताएको छ ।
