Janakpur youths padlocked the office of ADB project on January 10, Tuesday, claiming that the quality of their work on construction of drainage and sewage has not been up to par. Administration had broken the lock on Friday however the youths locked the office again on the same day. Youths have claimed that they had repeatedly complained about the quality of construction work to the contractor, Project Manager and other concerned stakeholders. They claim to have padlocked the office again on Friday because their concern was not addressed. Earlier, Shiva Shankar Shah Hira- Chairperson of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce Janakpur, Chairperson of Club as well as students released a joint press statement and gave 72 hours ultimatum. Complaining about no action being taken after taking the issue to related stakeholders, the padlocking was done again by Shiva Shankar Shah Hira- Chairperson of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce Janakpur, Saroj Mishra- Youth leader, Bhawesh Mishra along with other youths. जनकपुरमा निर्माण भइरहेको ढल तथा नालाका कामकाज सम्झौता विपरित गुणस्तरहिन रुपमा भइरहेको भनी जनकपुरका युवाहरुले एडीविको प्रोजेक्टमा पुष २६ गते मङगलबारका दिन लगाएको तालाबन्दी प्रशासनले शुत्रबार फोरे लगतै जनकपुरका युवाहरुको समूहले एडिबीको कार्यालयमा गएर पुनः तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । एडीबीको परियोजनामा ठेकेदार कम्पनीद्धारा भइरहेको कामकाज गुणस्तर नभएको भनी बारम्बार ठेकेदार प्रोजक्ट म्यानेजर सहितका सरोकारवालाहरुलाई जानकारी गराए पनि कुनै सुनुवाइ नभएको भनी शुक्रबार परियोजनाकै कार्यालयमा पुनः तालाबन्दी गरेको छ । यसअघि उद्योग वाणिज्य संघका अध्यक्ष शिव शंकर साह हिरा, क्लवका अध्यक्ष तथा विद्यार्थीहरु सामूहिक रुपमा प्रेस विज्ञप्ती जारी गरि ७२ घन्टे अल्टिमेटम पनि दिएको थियो । बारम्बार आवाज उठाए पनि सम्बन्धित सरोकारवाला कार्यालयले कुनै ध्यान नदिएको भनी जनकपुर उद्योग वाणिज्य संघका अध्यक्ष शिवशंक साह हिरा, युवा नेता सरोज मिश्र, भवेश मिश्रसहितका युवाहरुले शुक्रबार परियोजनाको कार्यलयमा गएर पुनः तालाबन्दी गरेको छ ।
