Health Assistant Association demanding for responsibilities as per their position have been agitating against Chief of District Gaur Hospital from 8 January. Health Assistant (HA) Association has been agitating against the decision of Nabol Kishor Jha, the Chief for deploying HA as Assistant Health Assistant (AHA) which they claim is against the decision made by Nepal Government and Council of Ministers. 35 HAs, led by Ram Naresh Yadhav, Chairperson of HA Association Rautahat, organized a sit-in in front of the main gate of District Public Health Office from 10 am in the morning. According to Yadhav, the position of HA has been decided to be above AHA as per decision made by the then Council of Ministers in January 8, 2015. Yadhav also said that the decision was asked to implement to Ministries, department and area with a written note. Yet, as the decision made hasn't been implemented, they said they were compelled for the agitation. The Association has complained that 50 HAs have been adversely affected after the decision made by Council of Ministers have been implemented by Public Health Chief Jha due to pressure from different political parties. The protesters have warned of padlocking District Public Health Office if their peaceful demonstration is ignored. तहगत जिम्मेवारीको माग गर्दै रौतहट स्थित हेल्थ असिष्टेण्ट संघ नेपाल आइतबारदेखि जिल्ला अस्पताल गौरका प्रमुख विरुद्ध आन्दोलनमा उत्रेका छन् । दुई वर्षअघि नेपाल सरकार तथा मन्त्री परिषदले गरेको निर्णयलाई प्रमुख नवलकिशोर झाले लत्याएर हेल्थ असिष्टेण्टलाई सि अ. हे. व.हे मातहतमा खटाएको बिरुद्धमा हे. अ संघ आन्दोलनमा उत्रेका हुन । संघ नेपाल रौतहटका अध्यक्ष रामनरेश यादवको नेतृत्वमा जिल्लाभरीका ३५ जना हे. अहरु आईतबार बिहान १० बजेदेखि जिल्ला जन स्वास्थ्य कार्यालय गौरको मूल गेटमा धर्ना बसेका छन् । संघका अध्यक्ष यादवका अनुसार देशभरीकै हेल्थ असिष्टेण्ट अ.हे.वको मर्यादा भन्दा माथी हुने २०७१ पुष २४ मा तत्कालिन मन्त्री परिषदले निर्णय गरेको थियो । निर्णयअनुसार कार्यान्वयनका लागि मन्त्रालय, बिभाग र क्षेत्रबाट लिखित पत्र पठाएर पटक पटक ताकेता गरेको थियो । तर दुईवर्ष बित्न लाग्दा समेत कार्यान्वयन नहुँदा बाध्य भइ आन्दोलनमा उत्रिनु परेको अध्यक्ष यादवले बताए । जनस्वास्थ्य प्रमुख झा विभिन्न राजनितिक दवाव र प्रभावमा परेर निर्णय कार्यान्वयन नगर्दा जिल्लाभरीमा झण्डै ५० जना हेल्थ असिष्टेण्ट पिडित भइरहेको संघको गुनासो रहेको छ । शान्तिपूर्ण आन्दोलनको वास्ता नभएमा जनस्वास्थ्यमा तालाबन्दी गरिने संघले चेतावनी समेत दिएको छ ।
