UDMF demonstrated in Rajbiraj protesting against government for not following the agreement between them and government for Constitution Amendment after revision and local level restructuring based on population. The protest rally starting from local Shiva Mandir was turned to Protest Assembly in Jana Andolan Chowk. Morcha also burnt report of State Restructuring Commission. Addressing the assembly, morcha leaders demanded for the Constitutional Amendment after revision. The leaders asked to revoke constitution if not amended after revision, and warned not to let any election happen without constitutional amendment. The assembly was chaired by Amar Nath Mandal, Morcha Saptari Coordinator. Addressing the assembly, leaders of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Sadbhawana Party, Terai Madhesh Loktantrik Party, Terai Madhesh Sadbhawana Party, Rastriye Madhesh Samajbadi Party demand for the amendment of constitution after revision. सरकार र संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेशी मोर्चाबीच भएको सहमतिको आधारमा परिमार्जन सहित संविधान संशोधन र जनसंख्याको आधारमा स्थानीय तहको पुर्नसंरचना हुनुपर्नेमा माग पूरा नगराएको भन्दै मोर्चाले आइतबार सप्तरीको राजविराजमा विरोध प्रदर्शन गरेको छ । स्थानीय शिव मन्दिरबाट निकालिएको विरोध जुलुस जनआन्दोलन चौकमा विरोध सभामा परिणत भएको थियो । सो विरोध सभामा मोर्चाले राज्य पूर्नसंरचना आयोगको प्रतिवेदन समेत जलाएका थिए । सो विरोध समाभा बोल्दै मोर्चाका नेताहरुले परिमार्जनसहित संविधान संशोधन गरिनुपर्ने माग गरे । परिमार्जनसहित संविधान संशोधन नगरिए त्यस्तो संविधान खारेज गर्ने बताउँदै संविवधान संशोधनबिना गरिने कुनै पनि तहको निर्वाचन हुन नदिने मोर्चाका नेताहरुले चेतावनी समेत दिए । सो विरोध सभामा मोर्चाका सप्तरी संयोजक अमरनाथ मण्डलको अध्यक्षतामा सम्पन्न भएको थियो । सभामा संघीय समाजवादी फोरम नेपाल , सदभावना पार्टी, तराइ मधेश लोकतान्त्रिक पार्टी, तराई मधेश सदभावना पार्टी, राष्टिय मधेश समाजवादी पार्टी का नेताहरुले परिमार्जनसहित संविधान संशोधन गर्नुपर्ने माग गरेका थिए ।
